Azist's main Production Center is located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This location allows us to recruit highly qualified, multilingual professionals that produce outstanding quality at very competitive prices. Argentina has also the advantage of having a clear cultural fit with Europe and the United States, as well as the right time zone (GMT -3 hours) to work for global customers around the clock.

How do you ensure confidentiality?
Data confidentiality is a core part of Azist's value proposition. Azist fully understands the criticality of this issue and has taken a number of measures to ensure full confidentiality of all our customer's data.

• All Azist associates and employees are bond by a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement
• All information received from clients is stored exclusively on Azist's secure servers
• Particularly critical information can be uploaded to our servers using a secure, encrypted connection
• Upon request, confidential information may be destroyed after finishing a project
• Upon request, we will sign special Non-disclosure Agreements with customers

How do I start the relationship with Azist?

How do I send my original materials to Azist?
There are several options:

• Via Email to projects@azist.com
• Via fax using any of Azist's International Fax Numbers
• Via FTP (you may need to request a username and password before uploading any documents to our server)

What type of software do you use to produce documents?
Azist mainly uses MS-Office and Adobe products as these are the most common formats of electronic documents. However, Macromedia Director, Flash, Corel Draw, or other specific software maybe used upon customer's request.

How do you ensure to reach extremely short deadlines?
Azist has developed several processes and unique methodologies to increase production efficiency, thereby enabling very short turnaround times without sacrificing quality. Use of overnight production capacity ensures that even large job requests are delivered on time.
